Online registration, for Family and Community Health (FCH) will be open on February 1, 2027, and will close at 11:59 p.m. on March 13, 2027. www.showman.app.

Entry fees - $10.00 for all entries. Only one entry per class, per exhibitor is allowed.

At Groesbeck High School Auditorium (location subject to change)

Judging 9:00 a.m.

Placings will be posted at 2:00 p.m. on the outside window of the Auditorium & our LCFA Facebook page

Silent Auction 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

At Groesbeck High School Auditorium (location subject to change)

All entries in the FCH division will be entered in the silent auction. If the exhibitor does not want their entry placed in the silent auction, please designate that at check-in

Grand Champion Winners will not be in the silent auction as they will be placed in the live auction on Saturday.

Silent Auction Closing Procedures:

LCFA Board Members will highlight the winning bids a 6:00 p.m. on the auction sheets

Bid Winners will bring the auction sheet to the table to pay for their item and take their item home to enjoy

Any baked items left behind will be thrown away at the end of the night after the queen's contest, other items will be kept and taken to the fairgrounds office and any items not picked up will be thrown away at the end of the fair.

Exhibitors' Silent Auction Proceeds will be issued in a check with the other checks from the Livestock Auction
